Full access to our facilities whenever you want to row.
Busy day ahead? Juggling multiple priorities? We understand! As a masters member, you’ll have access to the DRC boathouse and equipment, according to your schedule. So, if you prefer to row early in the morning, late at night or in the middle of the day, you’ll find it easy and convenient to get your row on!

Pricing and availability for these programs vary. Program costs are not included in membership fees.

Dallas Rowing Club offers various classes to support and develop our newest rowers. We offer classes in team boats and on the erg. On the water classes are offered during spring, summer and fall. Novice erg training is offered in the winter.

Dallas Rowing Club offers team boat classes that are focused practice sessions for 4x and 2x lineups.

During the winter, Dallas Rowing Club offers erg training to prepare athletes for erg competitions and offers novice erg training for our newest rowers. In addition, technical erg training is offered to all levels of athletes to work on technique to go fast during various times of the year.

Dallas Rowing Club offers singles clinics to its members during various times during the year. These vary in length (can be 1 to 5 days) and also level (beginner to advanced). Information on these clinics will be announced through club emails.

These two session classes are designed for those that rowed sweep in either college or high school and would like to learn how to scull. These two session clinics can get you sculling in a single quickly. Please contact us to find out when the next clinic will be.

Each week, training plans are provided to those that are interested in advancing their fitness and rowing. Group workouts and rows occur every weekday morning (times vary between 5:30 - 7:30, depending on the season). These workouts are loosely organized by boathouse members. Registration is not required.

Dallas Rowing Club offers private lessons for our members. If you would like one on one lessons with a coach and you are already a DRC member, please fill out our private lesson request form. A coach will get back with you soon based on availability.

Complete a swim test
Download the Swim Certification Form, and bring it to a pool or YMCA where a lifeguard can perform a swim assessment. Then, email your completed form to drclearntorow@gmail.com
We also accept Padi/Lifeguard certificates.

We’ll teach you everything from the stroke sequence to safety protocols. Learn more about the course here.

After signing the US Rowing Waiver and our DRC Waiver, you can officially sign up for your membership on Regatta Central.
